Where are my merits?

If you go to an opposing powers home system, and kill their ships you get no credits, how it is that not undermining a power?

Also killing player who are on the other side (in control, expansion, etc) systems give no credits, why? when if you kill a similar aligned player you get the 10 merit deduction.

Are you killing the named ships (So to undermine Archon Delaine for example you need to kill "Kumo Crew Watch" and "Kumo Crew Hauler" ships)? You'll get 15 merits for each kill but you have to hand them in at one of your power's stations much like you have to claim a bounty to actually get them added to your total.

If you haven't been told specifically who to target you can't really expect a payout for killing them just because of their political alignment. We aren't at war yet.

Think of what would happen if the Guardian hears of this!

I am aligned with Duval, if I go to an Archon control system and kill Kumo Watch or Kumo transport it is 15 merits. If I go Harma (Archon home world) I get nothing from killing the same ships.

You can't fortify HQ system, therefore you can't undermine it.
