Where are Power Security or Hunter NPC?

I saw one Power Security NPC at first day, but after that I can't find any Power NPC near space station, except POI(eg. Stronghold Carrier, Power Singal). I feel silence and peace even during transporting undermining goods, with beautiful NEW BGM.

What station I can find Power NPC at?

From what FD have said, only strongholds have any decent NPCs. From my own tests everywhere else the PP NPCs hae been toned down to PP1 levels (and in some cases worse).

Back ages ago I posted an image from a streamer who listed AI changes, and they suggested FD switched a lot of things off.
