Hi, Last night my computer crashed while playing elite & somehow my operating system went down & my computer wouldn't reboot. I knew my c drive was full (little ssd) and had previously bought a bigger one & new version of windows 8.1. Having no choice but to get round to the job I've fitted my new c drive & windows, to complicate matters my steam directory was already on a different drive but I noticed the saved game file location (it is an empty folder) was on the old c drive. When the game has installed on my new c drive will it find my saved game or does it save to the steam directory or to a cloud?
Where are saved games stored?
