F10 takes screenshots, and they're stored here: C:\Users\username\Pictures\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous

F10 for a standard screenshot, Alt+F10 for a very high-res one.
They go to C:\Users\<username>\Pictures\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous
Which is also \Libraries\Pictures\My Pictures\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous, at least on Win7.
