Where are the arctic animals?

I don't see them anywhere, not even when checking the filter list.

I only see them on the zoopedia, nowhere else.

This is going to sound totally ridiculous but sometimes it's better to ask a silly question - have you checked the DLC is saying it is bought and installed?

Don't know how real this game is, but the only animal life forms besides Eskimos is Polar Bear's and Seals.

If they're in the Zoopedia then he's obviously installed the DLC. They should be at the very bottom of the filter list, for some curious reason they're not sorted alphabetically. Currently they do show up in the market but only rarely. Keep trying.
