where are the enhanced performance size 2 and 3 drive modules?

So I know these were added in 2.1, but where are they?
Do they actually have enhanced in the name, or did all class 2&3 drives get a buff?
Or is this an engineer created mod?

As far as I know they are only sold at some engineer bases, (Farseer Inc. being one of them)
They are not an engineer mod, they are a separate module entirely.

Thanks for the info. I found them at the Farseer.
I've decided to play around in a sidey again for some reason, holy cow are those drives a huge boost!

Edit: if you see some idiot buzzing around the canyons and doing fly-by's of farseers base (with the occasional smashing into things), that would be me.
