Nah, they don't exist really. No bigger than 2T in game because CG was not successful beyond tier 4

Have you unlocked them from a Human Tech Broker?

If you have go to a system with a human Tech broker, they are in the Cargo Rack Category
Lol. I’ve been so busy with the Guardian tech broker, I forgot there is a Human one also, thanks.
Just unlocked them and got a message saying they were available in outfitting with a button to go straight there, followed the button and they're not there

Sadly. If you actually watched the Thargoid CG's as they have gone along. As long as they pass their minimal point. The result has never gotten better.
One week got class 2 weapons with only getting to level 4 on the CG. The following week, they got to grade 7 or 8 in the CG. Still only got a class 2 weapon.
At no point have they ever said "If you players had worked more for the cause we would of given you X instead."
We were only ever going to get a 2 ton rack for that CG. It is from player presumption that it would of been different. The only thing that changes is the pay scale. Not the technology.

The AX Weapon and Tool CG tiers unlocked the economies that sold the item, and was never about unlocking different levels of modules.
So the one that one reach tier one unlocked them for Surface Military Economies, where the higher success tiers unlocked, surface High Tech, Industrial and Refinery Economies as well.
Where as Neutralising the Unknown Artefact threat specifically listed in the Current Global Reward the size of the CRCRs unlocked.
So one was about how many markets the specific module would be available in
And the other was unlocking different classes of module

No, well not sure. Im There now, the tech broker doesn't list them.
It may sell once you find a tech broker with them. The one here doesn't, it only lists guardian stuff. Not the racks or em missles
