Ship Builds & Load Outs Where are the Prysmtaic sheilds ?

Ive joined the princess to get the prysmtaic sheilds and still have three weeks to wait before I can buy them but I cant find them listed in any of the stations I vist in her corner of the universe. Ive looked through other threads and can't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
