Where are the rank advancement missions located in Odyssey?

I am at 100% post captain and i have not seen one navy missions pop up (i am allied with both fed factions here)
In horizons they appeared at the top of the board with a kind of chain icon, but i cannot find where they are in Odyssey

Can't check that, already maxed that out. Might be worth loading up Horizons and see if you can get the mission there.

In Odyssey a couple of weeks ago I ranked up with the Imps (something I had been avoiding, but I really did want the ship unlock) just so I could get an Imperial Clipper. Did the well known Mainani data missions route and the promotion missions appeared as required.

they been slowed down in odyssey.in horizons i still thing they are in percentages .odd seems to have a grade bar that can creep up slower. my rank according to inara is 26% combat 20% explorer and has changed for a long time. like op is i still waiting for
next level of post commander.
