Why aren't there Planet Coaster parks in here?
Where are the theme parks and dinosaurs?

Wrong game. 
Oooh, I want some .1g dino-parks! The T-rex escaped by jumping and floating away!
They are on the planets with habitable life as usual. Ever fly by a planet with lights on the night side? There are people living there and I'm sure they have amusement parks and might even have dinosaur big-game hunting. We just can't land there yet.
Haven't they broken enough so far?

Yes. Just not on 6000 year old flat earth. Fortunately I'm not from that dimension.

To borrow a common argument on these forums:
It's 3304, surely by 1,000 years in the future they'd be able to bring back extinct animals.

But seriously, if dinosaurs used to exist, why can't I buy one?
