Newcomer / Intro where can I buy D4 thrusters for my new Cobra?

Got to my self-appointed 1M credit mark so swapped out the Adder for a Cobra at Leesti.
I have whacked in 36T cargo, fuel scoop and left the basic scanner in.
In a whim have 1 each of beam/burst and pulse laser and decided as I might even get this combat lark soon I might as well get a KWS.
I couldn't find a D4 fsd so sucked up 1/2M and slapped in a B.
Everything else is D for weight except Thrusters as I can only see E (which I have) or C which are $$$

Anyone know where I could find them locally to improve thrust a little and also tip my jump speed to 17LY.

I obviously need to decide what weapons I want I just wanted to fire them all to see what they did.
Also to improve charging rate is it the power conduit I need to improve?

Looking forward to my journey to Fujin on a rares run with 36T rather than 16T!
Hopefully should be able to pimp out the beast after a few of these if a round trip will net me 1m

Most chances you will have at hightech stations.
Depending on technical level offerings defere across stations.
Not sure if terraforming stations are as good equipped as high tech.

I got mine C4 drive at George Lucas :eek:

Zaonce is one of the not-so-many sites with A5 FSDs so it's a good option to check. If you have Founder's permit Shinrarta Dezhra-Jameson Memorial should have them.

Also was looking for a long time - failed to found in Fujin area (nothing on Altair) but found a post on reddit!

there are lots of D4 stuff on on Arexe (which is under Orrere).

cd-62 1454 ballie city is a good high tech system and has 11 ships + loads of upgrades
also Salikians or Chorathia have good high tech stuff and ships .
