Title says it all. Been to a bunch of stations, googled it, looked on the wiki and it seems to be a pretty elusive item. Can anyone shed some light on where i might locate this mysterious launcher?
The general rule to find better gear is to look for the high-tech systems with large population. Further from Eranin - better chances to find something unique.
