Where can I find a AX missle Rack???

100% sure buddy. Bought the scanner and AX missiles there last night.

It helps if someone in your wiong is able to scan the interceptors to identify their hearts for the targetting systems.

Are they effective against all opponents or only Thargoids?

Apparently the recent patch has eliminated their effectiveness against even the Thargoids.
I have some that I'll sell you cheap, they've never been used.
