Where can I find a Class 3 fuel scoop?

There must be decent fuel scoops kicking about somewhere, but I've been into countless High Tech / Industrial stations lately and can find nothing better than the A2 I have fitted now. Can anyone name a system where I can find a fuel scoop better than an A2?

I don't really care how far I have to fly by the way.

Sounds like you're trying to fit a class 3 into a class 2 slot. Every high tech that i've seen has A3 scoops and better.
Are you sure you've not trying selecting a class 2 slot instead of a class 3?

hehe, sell your old A2 first (as you can only have 1 scoop fitted), then select an empty Class 3 slot and bingo, you'll see class 3 scoops in the list :)
Same goes for all other gear, it only lists items that will fit in the class slot you have selected.
