Where can i find class 3 gimballed beam lasers near Eotineses?

It's a major pita, yes. I found some in Dvorsi. The station further from the main star had them. As you probably know, that doesn't mean they'll have them when you get there. It's hit and miss.
On a side note, I have started using spare ships as weapon stashes, since FD hasn't put that in the game yet. e.g. I have 3 stock vipers each with two Imperial Hammers in case I find them useful later (I left ALD). I tend to try different loadouts on my python, so I'm thinking of using a couple stock vultures to store class 3 weaps, like the C3G Beams you're talking about. It beats flying around for hours trying to re-locate stuff you already had. Just a thought.
