Where can I find good sources of Exquisite Focus Crystals? Preferably cargo runs.

Are there any more reliable sources for Exquisite Focus Crystals? I’d prefer cargo runs, but I have a couple combat ships.

I've often wondered that when you blow up a ship and you see those items floating about, where did the pilot of that ship get those Focus Crystals in the first place? I don't want second hand stuff - I want to go where HE/SHE got it.
