Where can I find the 'ship breaker' base

As asked... I would like to visit a/the base where ships are being broken up...? is there more than one specific port/base/settlement????
This wrecked ships vista is shown in several Elite YouTube videos such as this recent Buur Pit vid....

Well the video appeared to be shot at Farseer Base, I have to admit I haven't tried to go on foot or otherwise sight see at an engineer's base because they are touchy and the bases are usually in pitch dark.
