Where can I get an mp3 of the entire hyperjump sequence?

Depends on your platform, but PCs and Macs definitely have plenty of audio capture software available (if you cannot extract the raw file). Bear in mind this would be copyrighted material though.
PC > Activate the Stereo Mixer in your Sound Devices settings ; use Audacity to record.
Mac > No idea.
