Where can I buy prismatic shields?

I am at Jameson Memorial and there are not any for sell.

I thought that I read in the forums one time that you could buy anything at Jameson Memorial.

You need to be pledged to blue hair anime princess for 3 weeks and have and be least at level 3 with her. So prismatic shields are hers power play bonus module.

Prismatc shields are faction specific powerplay module. You WOULD find them in Shinrarta if you were eligible.

You need to spend a month with princess Aisling and be at PP rank 3 to be able to buy them.
