Where can we unlock CRCR?

I'm back flying after a bit of a break. Went to check how to get the corrosion-resistant cargo racks. Scrounged up all the materials.... and no tech broker I've visited seems to have them.

Can we still unlock them? Where?

Human tech broker, not Guardian. If it's been unlocked, racks are available in outfitting at locations with Human tech brokers. Otherwise unlock first. Requires:

26 Iron
18 Chemical Manipulators
22 Radiation Baffle
12 Neofabric Insulation
