Where did all the class 3 gimbled weapons go

Just popped back to the founders world to put some guns back on my ship and there just doesn't seem to be any class 3 gimbled weapons. I have the choice of low rating pulse lasers and that is it, i'm sure i used to have beam lasers (about 2mil cost).

The clippers hard points are too far apart to not use gimbled weapons. Whats going on here? Did they remove some of the guns and not mention it?

gear rotates on stations, this topic crops up kinda often, you'll have have to find a high tech world and fork out the extra.


It sucks but they'll be something there that wasnt before.

I think some high tier stuff is supposed to be only occasionally available, iirc. Also, I've found a lot more gear at systems near founders world if they don't have it there. I don't remember the system name, high tech independant and not far at all. Hope that helps ya!

CD-51 102 has pretty much everything at the moment - there is somewhere real close to Sol as well will go see if I can dig the post up :)

Think it was when I was last there yesterday evening I tend to use that a my centre of ops but am anywhere within a 150 ly radius of the system. I go trade, do missions and bounty hunt till I have the money for the upgrade I want them fly back and buy the stuff.

Also found the post by 777driver where he listed some locations as

TZ Arietis or Groombridge 34 in Fed space
