Hi I am trying complete the weekly missions to rank up in PP 2.0 But cannot seem to find a system to deliver the strategic reports to, every station under power contact is unavaible any help would be much appreciated

I suffer with you sir. I've every confidence the solution is simple, but I've 15 strategic reports from LUTNI in my hold and no Powerplay contact will accept them (option UNAVAILABLE). Watch this space, the solution is out there!

So I am in the same boat. Note I tried a fortified as well as an undermining system of a different power at least 100ly away (4x jump at 40 ly jump range). And it still won't let me. I wish they would explain WHY you can't give the report or what you are supposed to do. Not being able to get benefits from my power because of this being a requirement is super annoying. So all suggestions in this thread are not working.
One thing to note I don't have odyssey just horizons... Maybe that is what is blocking it?

All bugs aside, if you use the link from the mission description to the galactic map, it opens the map with the appropriate filters to navigate to the required systems; I've no idea whether it will work in this case or not, but worth investigating if you've not already done so.

Of course I have used the filters to find appropriate systems that say I should be able to hand in the reports, but I can't. I can try going close the origin system but I think I tried that before and had no luck either. So far I have seen no one definitely say this is what you need to do. Just a lot of speculating. I will post if it works within 30ly which seems like a weird requirement, but I can try.

Well what a surprise you were trolling me, har har, very funny. I can't complete this stupid task essentially robbing me from being able to participate in powerplay. I am beginning to think you need odyssey for this to work.
It's not that, I'm like 15 ly and can't get rid of them. I've tried all kind of systems, and none will take it. This is frustrating. I flew to a system I delivered them, to last night and it still won't take them.
According to https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/powerplay-2-0-activities.629227/post-10491134 "Strategic Reports" are ALD's Undermining commodity, so any Power Contact in any system controlled by another Power (except HQ systems) should take them.
The Reinforcement (deliver to friendly system) and Undermining (deliver to enemy system) cargo types do not have range restrictions that I know of - or if they do, they're large ones. I just - for Kaine, so these specific systems won't help - collected some of each from Ganiyan, and delivered the Reinforcement cargo to Jaunera (80LY) and the Undermining to Haritana (85LY) with no issues.
You don't need Odyssey for this - the Power Contacts don't show up at Odyssey settlements anyway.
This only applies to the Acquisition type, which must be delivered within 20 LY if collected from a Fortified system and within 30 LY if collected from a Stronghold system, to an Unoccupied system. Depending on where you got it, some Fortified/Stronghold systems may not have any valid Acquisition systems in range - in that case you'll have to discard it.

I can assure you this is NOT the case, strategic reports cannot be delivered to ANY power contact in a system controlled by another power, I have tried, I have tried short distance, long distance, different powers, sourced the reports from different strong holds, etc, the delivery option is simply NOT available. I have tried fortifying/undermining systems. I have tried it all it is just not possible.
Unfortunately, you are wrong, that is how I got rid of mine.... Either this is bugged, or there is some mechanism that we don't know about.
Or I can't read properly, or they should rename the acquiring resources to something that doesn't look like the undermining resources. Finally figured it out. This is just a PSA for anyone ripping their hair out at this. You need to go to a friendly power STRONGHOLD, and pick up the undermining resource. For Lavigny this is STRATEGIC reports, NOT and I repeat not CORRUPTION reports. I was trying to deliver corruption reports from a non strong hold. which does have the limit. Now that I finally got the right resource it worked for me.
Go to your fortified/ stronghold system in the galaxy map click on the system, on the right side, choose power play options... At the bottom of the information placard, set the view to strategic... You will now see the fortified/ stronghold systems sphere of influence. The lines emanating from the fortified/ stronghold system is where you can hand in your items.
