Newcomer / Intro Where do I download the ED launcher ?

What am I doing wrong here please ? I can't find the ED launcher download........

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY GAME?
You first need to get the Elite Dangerous Launcher. Log into your account on the Frontier Online Store, head to the My Account link and then onto My Downloadable Products.
Your order will be displayed here along with the download for the launcher.

OK, so.......

I've logged in and clicked My Downloadable Products, but there's no launcher:

What am I missing here ?

Where did you buy it?
If you bought it from FD directly, you'll need to download from the Frontier store.
If you bought it vis Steam, you need to download from Steam.

Either case works for me (so far...), so all I can advise would be the ususal recommendations to 1) verify your files and 2) get in contact with your dealer's support team.

Looking at the dates I foresee more downloading ahead before you get to anything that runs.

Why is this so hidden away? When we login we get bombarded with sales and merch pages, but to actually get to our game we have purchases we have to click into obscure menus.. help us out really

The entire website works this way, why change it just for the store ;)

Wow, if I’d just found it some few hours ago I’d saved buying the steam version as a KS backer. Not harm done since the amount of hours I’ve played.

Once again I find myself having to come back here to the forum to search and find out where the installer is having setup another new PC, or rather an old one rebuilt...
