where do i find a refinery

hi there,
I just bought the game this weekend and would like to do some mining. I find though that i've been searching for a very long time just to find a refinery. I'm in the sector where Eravate seems to be the big system. I checked all the stations and still no refinery. I also checked a couple other systems and dug around on the internet. none of the outfitters have a refinery. what am I doing wrong?
I apologize if this is in the wrong place

Should be in the internals outfitting. Any high tech extraction economy.

LHS3447 (Yaping Enterprise), Bhotho, Ho Hsien (Dutton Sta), Atins (Veach Hub)
Also in general if you just google for "elite dangerous where can I find $THING" you usually can find $THING

Refineries are pretty commonplace in the internals section of the outfitting screen. Be warned, mining is considered to be one of the more boring ways of playing Elite, just so you know. :)
