Engineers Where Do I Find Illicit Landmines?

I need 200 illicit landmines so I can unlock Eng Liz Ryder, where do I find them?

I really want to unlock Eng Hera Tani, but I have to go through Liz.

Since Engineers dropped I have been collecting commodities and materials for Eng upgrades, but I do not recall every running across landmines to salvage anywhere.

I haven't visited Liz yet, but other players have been complaining that none of the engineers have blackmarkets. So it's likely that just bought landmines is what you want. (ninja'd)

But for getting illicit goods. Find a market where the good you want is purchased and where they usually import it from is mentioned in the commodity description. You can also filter this in the galaxy map. Go to the purchase system and sit outside the station and cargo scan all the ships leaving the station. When you find one with the right sort of tasty cargo, wait for it to jump, scan its wake and follow it. There is likely to be a signal source for your prey.
You'll need a cargo scanner, wake scanner, hatchbreakers and collector limpets.

I bought my 200 at Ross 1047 - Cortes Base. You need both scanners to unlock the location as it is a planetary landing. Took them to Liz and there you go. Good luck.

Landmines can be bought in planetary starports with military economy type only.

Like other commodities, land mines are prohibited in some systems, but not others.
