Where do I use my 20% off Gutamaya?

Hi Cmdrs,

I may be missing something here... but where do I go to redeem my CG 20% off Gutamaya ships?

At Oterma they did not sell Cutters so off I went...

I've been to Jameson Memorial... nope

I've been S Horizons in Nu... nope

The prices I see are NOT 20% off? ie Cutter price on Inara website is 208,969,450... vs Cutter price at SH Nu 203,745,215... :eek:(

This is pretty shortly after the CG finished. It may not yet be in-effect. (I'm presuming that you have claimed your reward at Oterma.)

Pilots Federation ALERT: For the attention of all Commanders

Memorial preparations complete.

A request by the Empire to honour the passing of Prince Harold Duval with rare items has received an impressive response, earning the gratitude of the Imperial Family.

Shipments of Ngadandari Fire Opals, Esuseku Caviar, Lavian Brandy and Kamitra Cigars were transported to the memorial ceremony at the Imperial Palace on Capitol. The body of the Prince will remain in state for another week, prior to reaching its final resting place within the Hall of Martyrs.

Pilots who delivered these commodities can now collect their rewards at Oterma Station in the Baal system.

Achenar system permits will be processed and automatically allocated by the 3rd of October 3306.

In recognition of this achievement, Gutamaya Corporation ships will be available at a 20% discount from the 2nd of October 3306 to the 9th of October 3306.

Princess Aisling Duval told the media:

“I wish to thank everyone for their kindness during this difficult time. I’ve taken much comfort from knowing that my father will never be forgotten.”

“For now, I want to make it clear that all efforts to eliminate the brutal terrorists responsible for his death have my full support. I urge every citizen to reject the destructive dogma of Marlinism and work together for a stronger Empire.”

Fdev work in GMT/BST/IGT server restarts not in Night time GMT/BST/IGT... try again after the Daily server restart after in work hours....

Tx CMDRS... what would a Noob do without the E:D Community! Yes, I collected the cash. I fell from top 10% to top 25%, so a couple of mil less but never-mind... it was fun! How can they smoke so many cigars! I'm in Australia so I'll have to wait for the 2nd Oct in the UK! :eek:) o7

Cool... l love the community stuff in open, even if you do get ganked once in a while! Please, please have another Distant Worlds trip... I need a cool sticker for my AspX! :eek:)

I've been participating in all of the CGs since I began playing. This is the first that has offered something other than a monetary reward. I will be adding a couple of ships to my fleet that I don't absolutely need right now. This will be fun!
I met a lot of CMDRs during this CG. We formed wings to carry our goodies to Baal/Oterma. That's the best part...

I was listed in the top 50% when I was last logged in on Sunday. I was at Oterma station when I logged in today. I did not receive a notification upon logging to collect my monetary reward. This is only my second CG. Is that supposed to happen right away or do I have wait a while?

Turn it in like you would a normal mission.

When you open up the CG on the board, you should see an option to cash in for the previous one above the current offerings.

So now I'm confused. It's definitely the 2 Oct and the 20% should have kicked in. I'm at Lamarck Orbital and the price of a Imp Cutter is 203,745,215 C.

Inara still shows Imp Cutter at 208,969,450 C.

That's not 20%! What's up doc?

Discount will stack with the LYR 15%, so you really want to get your Cutter from Hiyya Orbital in Arjung (only LYR station that sells them). Base price there is 173m, discount will come off that.

That said, discount isn't live yet. Patience, grasshopper. Both you and the several hundred of us that are parked at Hiyya, ready to spend, spend, spend..!
