I realised that I have a 93,000 bounty owing to me from Silver State Holdings and I can't remember in what system they hangout in? Does anyone know?

Best way to locate them is to seach the System Map for each of the systems you visited and click on each station.
No luck. I am not sure where or when I picked it up. Possibly from when I was intercepted. 
Normally I find a google search most efficient, but in this case the company exists in the real world! In fact, it appears to have a number of unhappy customers!
You could try the Aulin system, as that has a controlling faction with Silver in the name (Silver United Co) and they are often related. Bit of a long shot though.

Try looking around Sirius - I think the Silver guys are located around there.
