where do u find pvp in this game?

i cant seem to get a good fight anywhere. im bored of farming in res's and lately have begun taking those 'dangerous' missions to kill pirate lords and stuff while hunting strong signal sources and springing the traps for a bit more challenge.

anyone know where i will definitely find some pvp?

i would recommend you anarchy systems with player activity and ofc systems mentioned in posts above

"The old worlds" around the Lave cluster are traditionally the hub of player activities. If you're seeking PVP that's where to start looking.

Rare trade systems e.g. lave, leesti, zeesse, etc. usually have some action going on. Although I find most pvp tends to happen near community events, like the current one in LTT 9810. Gotten quite a lot of action in that area, particularly in Beta-1 Tucanae between Adams Orbital and Beta-1 Tucanae 2.

What i did in beta:

Post in here that you are looking for a fight.
Tell where you are and when you are typically online.

Depending on what you are looking for, propose a ruleset or make it just "come and get me".

thats where i am atm. i came here hunting some player that has a 20M bounty on him z4.MAFIA iirc.

came all the way from maridal.

when i got to to leesti the first things i noticed were several FdL in sc. i was like wow so many fdl in local.
one responded yeah theres a war on versus code.

and also two res sites close to the star - something ive never really seen before.

which is cool i guess i can drop into solo and do the res's when i feel like. they are bright and the asteroids look cool. also less chance of a nasty collision with one

I had my first PvP kill in the event ; in middle of a RES asteroid belt, a player Python with 5.5 k bounty. So I put all pips in weapons, and strip it of the remainder of it's shields with my dual beams then fired a torrent of missiles at his hull and down he went to my little Asp

Shame you don't really get anything for it. Does not seem to be a lot of pvp around. Then again I have not been looking for it much, yet.
