Where do you buy chaff ammo?

I just bought a chaff launcher and it came with a whole 1 chaff installed. I could not reload at that station, oddly. So I hopped around to a few big stations, then traveled to stations in areas that produce military weapons and stuff. I still have not found the option tr rearm the chaff system. Still sitting at 1/30.

Been to exactly 15 stations...no one can reload my chaffs.

I'm gonna die.

Practically anywhere in my experience, I don't know where it's going wrong for you.

I just hit 'reload all' on the station home page and it's done.

1/30 on your HUD is one ready to use out of 30. It is Full. Fire one off, and it will the show 1/29

You are correct, Suicidal! Thank you. That was definitely not clear in-game. (I was prepared to wait until I was panicking to fire off my one, lil' sparrow and then pray to multiple gods.) Now it seems I will live, after all.
