Where do you change fov in 2.1?

I am trying to change fov from text files but it's not working anymore in 2.1. I guess I am poking wrong file. What is the right file in 2.1?

It only go to 75. no where near what some people want.

They removed the option to change fov from files as far as i know.

You can still change the FOV, it just wont scale menu and stuff

Where can you change it from? The settings file in graphics folder won't change it anymore.

In game fov goes only to 60. I had it 75 in 2.0 and there's quite a difference between 60 and 75.

I guess fov needed good old restart. When I tested some settings today the fov was correctly 75. So now it works.
