Engineers Where do you find Hybrid Capacitors?

I'm starting off at the bottom and looking for components for Tod McQuin, specifically Hybrid Capacitors.

According to the description of Hybrid Capacitors they can be found in military and authority vessels, so would this only apply to ships found in Combat Zones? I've been bounty hunting in High-RES for a few days now and not found any Hybrid Capacitors whatsoever.

I have found a decent number at Degraded Emission sources. Also, they are sometimes in the wreckage of ships you destroy.....but best not to try finding them in Conflict zones, or else you will be a sitting duck for enemy ships whilst you scoop them up .

Combat Zones is where they are found. Specifically from Type 9's (yes really), although other ships drop them too. All sorts of interesting stuff can be grabbed in there, although it kinda sucks having to fly around with your cargo scoop open

If you select View Engineers and maybe you pinned your Blueprint (or are at the Engineers Workshop) then you can select the Mats or Commodities (Cargo) and it will say where you find these. My guess is they are at ship wrecks or in USS wrecks. Some even say "hauler" types meaning any trader - from Hauler, Adder, Type X's, etc. For these you are best to go to Anarchy System's, switch off Report Crimes, then go to the Nav Beacon and just murder traders! You don't get WANTED nor draw any attention.

I find them in Degraded Emissions USS's quite a bit.
