PvP Where Do You Find Players With Bounties

There are lots of pirates out there, but is there a way to find them. I want to PvP, but I want to get rewards, also, if you know any way to get some money, please tell me.

Go to the current CG and interdict all of the wanted cmdrs you find there. Some of them have 1mil cr bounties or more
