Where in Empire sells C2 Beam lasers?

If memory serves: HIP 79636, Nakamura station. A high tech system surrounded by a couple of other high tech systems if I'm mistaken.

Well, they definitely sell them at MacMillan station at Achenar 6. , if you have a permit. Otherwise just go to your galaxy map, filter out the High-Tech worlds and pick one at random. I see them everwhere and am quite unhappy that I can't spare that milion to have them. >.<

I've run across several C2 Beams at high pop industrial worlds, but no C2 burst... any ideas?

I've never seen any C2 bursts anywhere, and I'm not convinced they exist. Do C3 bursts exist?
