In game, you can place down park speakers from the scenery tab. Where is this music located? I'd like to be able to listen to them while I'm not playing the game. Please advise!

That's user music. I'm referring to the in game park speaker music. It's the music that's already in the game, not the original soundtrack, the music you can select for park speakers. I want to take those music files and listen to them without being in game, but I don't know where they are. Maybe, they're embedded in files and can't be played without running the game. I would buy them in an album if I could.

you can download mp3s right from youtube using anyvideoconverter just click the big green download button (its free)
Ah, thanks I'll check that out, I think I've answered my own question.
The music tracks I want are most likely in the audio_global_bnk_s.aux type files. Maybe Frontier will release them as another album.

If you have Spotify it's free to listen there.
The in game audio is stored in WWise audio bank format, within the *.aux files which sit alongside the compressed *.ovl files
