Where in the shop (Zaonce) can I see all my kickstarter purchase options

I signed upto (last year) the £85 option which gives me access to the Standard Beta, but also some stuff like:-
Independent Trader: Have the option to start in the Lave system with a basic Cobra Mk III and only 100 CR** plus all rewards above

Physical DRM-free boxed edition of "Elite: Dangerous"

Explorer: Have the option to start on the edge of explored space with a long range version of the Cobra Mk III and 3,000 CR

Digital Download Pack

Option to start in the founder's world with any starter ship and 4,000 CR​


In the shop I can see £35 for an expansion pass, and £50 for Standard Beta.

Are all those other things hidden in those two purchases somewhere? Was hoping to see a nice itemised list?

Kickstarter and backers app physical and digital pledge rewards are estimated to be shipped or made available upon final release or soon after. Nothing is set in stone but I do remember reading this was a best guess scenario. I can’t seem to find the source.

Forgive me but did you pledge during kickstarter or through the backers app during the qualifying period post kickstarter? I logged in to the backer app to check and my rewards are displayed correctly. The zaonce store will only display digital content including rewards once they’re active or for final release. The top link may provide you with more information but I seriously recommend you contact store support using email address below.

Ummm Kickstarter I believe... Can't quite recall...

I can see two orders on Zaonce:-
24/01/2014 £35.00 Complete
10/12/2013 £50.00 Processing Pre-Order


Obviously I paid my £85 back in December or before!?


if I view them all I get is:-
Elite: Dangerous - Expansion Pass
and
Elite: Dangerous - Standard Beta

No mention of all the rest of the stuff?

It was moved over to the store site in December. Store only shows those items that are currently available, but you still have all your other kickstarter goodies to come, just not shown in the store site yet (because not yet available).

....OK... Seems a bit odd. Why not list/audit what you've paid for properly to prevent confusion!?

It could be argued that putting things there that you cannot yet access could also be confusing.

If you backed by Kickstarter at £85.00 you get that pledge level and everything before it.

Not really as there is a status next to each item. eg: "available" or "not available"

You had to have pledged on or before December 8th to get any Kickstarter rewards. You missed it by two days.

Nope... I obviously pledged before then. The date shown in Zaonce - to confused us further - must be the transfer date.

If you have the receipt proving that you initiated payment before the deadline then you could try contacting customer support about it.

I think we're sorted, unless you're telling me you were an early buyer, and if you go into the Zaonce shop you see all the frills listed?

Seems the shop just isn't very informative and simply isn't showing all the frills/options the Kickstarters have (yet)!?

My mistake. I am an early buyer but I only see all of my rewards when I use the backer's app. Zaonce only shows Premium Beta and then my upgrade to Alpha.

Snap then. You have all the additional stuff (& more) I do... but it's not shown in the official shop (yet)...
