Where is 39 Omicron Ophiuchi gone?

I spend over an hour mapping this system a few weeks back but it seems to have disappeared from the galactic map! :S

I've been looking at stars from the Bright Star Catalogue and ran into this one. One interesting point, if you search the galmap on HIP 84625 it takes you to the star's position, but there's nothing visible.
