where is Achenar's diplomatic branch?

I've been summoned to Achenar's diplomatic branch after receiving the title of master in the empire, but can't figure out what station to go to. WHERE DO I GO? (also, why are there no players here, I though Achenar would be packed?)

None of those permit 'missions' do anything other than give you access to the system. They're worded in such a way as to imply that there should be something more, but at present they're either broken or just half done and forgotten about.

Why am I still getting permit summons though even though I can't accept them or do anything with them, its clogging up my bulletin board!

If you visit the Imperial Capital, visit the station in orbit around Capitol. (I think I have the spelling right.) I forget the name, but it is one of those High End Fancy stations with the palm trees. The selection of modules they has was pretty sparse, I thought, but.. hey, palm trees!
