The Gandii community goal last week was great because so many players where in the same conflict zone. A big improvement to the game would be if there were more ways of concentrating players in fewer places like that.
Some ideas:
- There could be an "interesting places to go" list in the launcher, mentioning a couple of conflict zones and Resource Extraction Sites.
- There could be a penalty of 5-10% of mission payouts when in solo play. Controversial I'm sure, but the game is so empty that it's not really dangerous to be in open right now.
- The weekly conflict report could highlight a system or two in conflict, to draw people there.
I could go on, but the point is, very simple changes like this could make a big difference.
