Engineers Where is Hera Tani?

Had my invite to Hera Tani, and travelled to Kuwemaki, with 12 cigars. I converted my Asp to mine some Osmium, and sold my discovery and advanced scanners. I have the required Empire rank.
All I can see on the system map are two outposts. There are 2 unexplored shown in my nav panel. No landable planets are shown on the system map.
I have a couple of questions:-
1. Do I need to buy back my scanners?
2. Is there something wrong with my invite?

If you have unexplored in your nav panel then you don't have the system data, planetary places do not show up in that case since you don't know the planets. Just scan the navbeacon, that will solve it.

You'll need your scanner to resolve the Unknowns or just pop in and target the Nav Beacon.
