Where is it "all happening" in ED right now?

There's a long long road ahead of you, and a lot of space to find your 'thing' in. What you do is up to you.

Try shooting the tumbleweed... Don't think many people shoot the tumbleweed.

Some say beyond the mountains in the far distance you'll find the great valley.

Take some missions to earn some rare mat's.

I really need to find something interesting and enjoyable to get involved with. [sad]

I guess the new Guardian sites might be worth a look but I get the impression there's not much actually happening there and people are just zipping over there to collect the ingredients for their fancy toys.

Hear, hear! I put in an hour or two of work every day, delivering materials. It all adds up - and we're doing something genuinely good for the galaxy by repairing the stations. :)

The best happenings happen in private groups.

Ive met some people in open at sites of interest who are interested in social banter and exploring the ruins and get into the lore. But most I’ve seen are just as you guessed, there to get their ingredients. Then the occasional super engineered ship looking for easy target practice.

If you’re really into something it’s much more rewarding to find like minded people in the groups forum and join in.

Finding a private group of like minded people who play the way you play is the best experience. Elite suddenly becomes tailor made for you.

It all happens either on this forum, reddit or YouTube.

Other things happen on coriolis.io, ed shipyard, EDDB, inara or spansh route plotter.

Nothing is happening in the game... absolutely nothing.
