where is my free access to 1 of 5 ships upon release

i am a beta backer and it was said by the devs that all in-game pledges have now been honoured in the last news letter, so where is my free access to one of 5 new ships upon release, as stated in newsletter 48?

When they are released, not the game.

It's already been talked about again and again. They said you will have access to 1 out of 5 new ships when they are released. It didn't mean right away when the game was released. I believe this was likely for balance as they wouldn't want everyone having the chance to run around in extremely powerful ships right off the bat.

While it was worded really bad in the original statement it has been clarified lately that it refers to the time of the release of said ships, not the game. I was confused too.
