You can't find your other ship in shipyard, Stored ships (Eagle)? It may not be in the same station as you, especially if you start from an out post station. To find out where it is, goto System View, your extra ship will be displayed with a ship icon over the station its stored, fly there to get get access to it or sell it.. Hope this helps.

I'm sorry you simply cannot read so let me spell it out for you simply.

"ships" being plural, meaning more than one.
These are direct quotes from newsletter 54# its not me writing these newsletters up its Frontier.
Why not simply come out and say...
"Pre-order Mercenary Pack decals paint jobs(there not but lets not get into that) and eagle have been added to your account.and the Elite: Dangerous art-team are now working on completing the Digital Art Book which will be sent out to you in January. If you ordered the Mercenary Pack and you are unsure where to download the game, go to your account and download the game from here.
Just to clarify we are still working on the 5 extra ships we announced in Newsletter 49# and aim to get them to you as soon as they are complete, which will be after completion of the initial 25 which we intend will be in the xxx time (they did say 3 months somewhere). Thank you for your patience and sorry for the misleading information."
How ever according to the quote you have had your ships so I wouldn't hold your breath.
Just like the Offline refunds debarko they are going to just drag it out and hope you forget.
Yes, I can see how you would perceive "ships" means the ones said to be received would be already added, but keep in mind that is referring to all the backers ship(s) (Eagle/Mercenary pack), not the 5 additional mentioned in the following newsletters, not an individuals share, but all the backers collectively. Take into account also the newsletter is sent out to more than one recipient. The "access" to the additional 5 ships ; as i previously stated; have not been physically added to the game thus far. What they probably mean is the access/permit to receive the additional ship is already programmed into the backers who will receive them, so upon release of said ships, you will be able to access/purchase them. If that's not spelled out enough for you, then the issue is not with the Devs or the information given, it is with the individual reading it.
The pre-order Merc Pack decals and paint job are already in there actually. It's under "livery" in outfitting. And it's there. I have mine. Others have posted theirs. So saying it's not there is ignorance.
Now, if you preordered and -yours- aren't there, ticket it. But otherwise, stop saying they aren't there.

Then why not simply say the eagle has been added to your accounts since it was a feature of its own along with the decals ect.
I would also agree with you had they only been talking about one ship accross multiple accounts but the quote

It's because in the newsletter they say they have already given it to us. It is them being confusing. Does everyone get a freagle? Because if it's the merc edition ship they probably should of just said you've got your freagle. Now nobody knows what the hell they are talking about, and really is it hard to be clear. Like why not just say 25% off hull insurance. My only guess is that if they had said hull insurance everyone would have gone, meh..
True. Does that then imply that these ships will only be accessible by the people that pre-ordered and the other 4 we do not choose we will not have access to?
Otherwise its not exactly a perk.(I do not want them to be limited in anyway besides rep and cost)

I'm not sure what you're asking here. Are you implying there are people with the mercenary edition stuff that didn't pre-order? How are you sure they didn't pre-order?
And how is this relevant to saying that they aren't there, which is what was said in the first place?
Ahhh finally so the freagle is the merc. That really should have been easy to find information.
Yes people have had rewards without buying the mercenary edition. I know as it was on twitch Thursday,me and some of my friends were watching and they said the rewards were still available if you bought the game as they had bought copies for fans. so my partner bought the game and she has everything apart from the Eagle.
So if other people have them that didn't pre-order how can they be the right ones.
Also "day one" decals, the decals have been in game for weeks.
And the freagle came with gamma, it doesn't really matter when it came. Their communication on the whole thing has been weird but everything they said would be there is.

The only decals i have seen are the Mercenary black and grey one, and the 5 other colored ones, which ONLY seem to work on the Cobra.
I dont think its working quite right...Unless they mean the Mercenary paint is the Day 1 paint..but WHY only make them on the Cobra?? Makes zero sense.
What hacks me off, is not the question of "where is my ship", its the attitude behind it. Instead of demanding something, why not try just asking the question. Why do people think that angrily demanding gets you what you want.... In my world its gets you the exact opposite....
