Where is my Freeagle

Help....Cant get my freeagle.
Maybe a silly question but ive only recently started playing, the shipyard says I have an eagle in the same system but I cant work out exactly where it is or how to swap to it. :S:S:S

Look in the system you start in
Open system map, one of the stations in the system will have a blue ship icon...just go get it

I just trekked 140-odd LY to get mine lol. I started before they fixed it and heard that resetting (at least for some people) did not fix. Besides, it made a nice initial Quest to do&#55357;&#56835;

Cool many thanks. Its also a tad difficult for me as I installed the game on my laptop which runs it a bit juddery rather than waiting for my new system to be built. Thanks anyway will give it a go.

Oh, I didn't think we were getting the second ship till the Launch next month. I'll have to go find mine now!

so what happens if you clash/get destroyed in your free eagle.
Is it gone forever or does it regenerate somewhere else?

Like all ships it is insured so replaceable at a cost
mmm not sure if you get a new eagle for free as it was free to start...if/when I die I will have a look

Thanks, I appreciate it.
I got the Free Eagle with the Mercenary edition, which I can't play until the official release date.
I'm planning on ultimately leading a life of Piracy on the spacelanes, plundering cargo haulers etc.... yarrrr!
but would be good to know the status of what happens if your free ship is destroyed.

I expect it'll be a while before I get a decent enough ship to do that though

Actually it is heaps good because your eagle is NOT considered fully loaned, which your starting Sidewinder is.

That means you do get refund on old parts when you upgrade them, which you won't with the starting Sidewinder (hence need to spend more to get it to a decent setup).
