Powerplay Where is my Module??!!!

Just met the 4 week grind requirement for pack hounds, I am rank 4 so I more than meet the mark. but for some reason I cannot find it ANYWHERE... was first at Jameson Memorial with no success, then I travelled to the power capitol thinking it was a power related thing, still nothing. where do I find it??

Or, is it cycle dependant? as in although 4 weeks has ticked it has to 'refresh' next powerplay cycle? if so that's kinda dumb... I want my Hounds now!!!


P.S if anyone wats to get powerplay modules, don't do what I did and buy only 2 of them.... you WILL redo the grind for more... I will be collecting 10 for this lot (3 for Vette, 4 for FDL, 3 for Challenger) Pacifiers are next!

Thank you both for the support! one little ly thing about Elite is the lack of info on these things in game. I will keep looking to see if I can fin them! :)
