Where is my reward? And Where is "Ramtah" on CG heat-sink?

I completed both CGs. But I confirmed just one CG reward.

And I confirmed CG heat-sink is just normal-engineered. FDev you guys said definitely "Ram Tah High Capacity Heatsink Launcher", and many people expected 'that will be better than normal one'. But...

It is just one of joke? Or another deception FDev always did? We will see another sorry-notice on forum like Azimuth AXMC CG?

Then that's their fault. I can't believe I'm in the minority for thinking it was blindingly obvious what "Ram Tah High Capacity Heatsink Launcher" meant. No doubt there will be plenty more complaining that it's not what they convinced themselves it would be and that they couldn't possibly be wrong.

Nah, FDev had put meaningless word in CG descriptions few times. I knew that.

I don't see the pun. They literally wrote what you got.

Many of many users asked what CG heat sinks is, but FDev just kept silent. They just kept watched user was confusing. This is not first. They just kept to put ambiguous and meaningless words in CG descriptions many times.

Point is they always knew user was confusing. So that is pun.

I'm still not sure what was ambiguous? There are two engineered heatsinks already in game. The Ram Tah one (+1 heatsink) and the Sirius one (+2 heatsink). FDev didn't need to clarify anything because they'd already told us what it was.

And a pun would be a joke play on words like "he didn't sink he'd get anything special from the CG". Which, of course, may not translate very well but was not what FDev were doing here.

There were several threads and replies about CG heatsink.

And you are just saying 'I knew it' again and again. That is meaningless.

No. The fact is that FDev described the reward without any promise that the Ram Tah heatsink reward would be in any way better than the standard Ram Tah heatsink (why would they - it wasn't). People are welcome to get their hopes up but frankly I don't see any reason why you should get annoyed or upset that the Ram Tah heatsink that you were promised turns out to be a standard Ram Tah heatsink without any hidden and not mentioned features.
That's the equivalent of FDev rewarding an Eagle and then players getting upset that it isn't already A rated and engineered and doesn't come with special engines that make it go faster than ever before. They didn't say that so why would you get upset that they didn't deliver on some unmentioned, unpromised non existent reward that they didn't clarify that they wouldn't be giving?

I would have preferred for them to have just called it a “engineered heatsink”, not describing it in a roundabout way.

But not a huge deal for me either way, I only bothered with the 50% in the part that I actually enjoyed(shooting up pirates in a high/haz res) and it’s a free module in one way or another.

Because Frontier frequently use inconsistent wording for how they describe these CG rewards. I mean, just compare it to the Hull Reinforcements in the exact same CG text - those just list the blueprint without any reference to Selene Jean or whoever else provides them. So it's really not that unreasonable for someone to see the extra wording for the heatsink and think it actually means something - like how the "Sirius" heatsink is special.

Without trawling through the previous CG texts, I can't think of another time a module was referred to in this way either. They usually just list the blueprints. And even then there's no guarantee they're actually complete or correct - Wandrama's "Rapid-Fire Multicannons" say hello.
