Where is the best place to go to get interdicted?

I want to have some fun and want people to interdict me. Where is the best place to go?

Sign up for Powerplay with a Power. Fly to a different Power's HQ system. (Example - sign up for Zachary Hudson and fly to ALD's capital)

You will be interdicted a lot. NPCs, players, etc. If you aren't getting quite enough players interdicting you, start interdicting trade ships passing through - they're fortifying and will probably call friends for help.

  1. Pick a system at random.
  2. Post your location,
  3. Challenge anyone to interdict you.
  4. Sit patiently in Open
  5. ????
  6. Profit

I'm not the least bit clear on step 5 and how it enables step 6 unless you're really really good.
