Where is the community goal?

Ok, just got back to Elite. Haven't played it before 1.1 came out.

Was reading Galnet and it hinted at having a community goal in Synteini. So there I went, traveled over 200ly and as I got to both stations there, opened the bulletin boards and nothing!
Am I missing something?
