I know I clicked an "Engineers" button earlier that I could read on the requirements for the engineers, their names, portrait and stuff. Bu t I just can't find it again?! Someone please help me lol!
Where is the engineer button?

On the status tab of the right hand panel.
Look to your right HUD with your stats, button is at the bottom of that UI element.
