Think I'm an idiot but I can't find any entrace to the Power dept. at Hidalgo Cultivation Centre [Colonia] I'm at least 30 times aroumd the plant but sucessless. I've also tried to get via the AGRI to there. I used the screens but they lead me to walls. It's a recovery mission. Can you help me?

You apparently have to access it from inside a different building. Explaining every possible layout would take way too much time. If you can post an overhead screenshot of the entire settlement, I might be able to direct you.

Next to the PWR building is an AGRI bldg. and I have tried to go via it. Sucessless. Hope this the picture you want:

This is a common Layout for small agricultural settlements. There should be an entrance on the front faced towards the settlement entry and the landing pad. Another entrance is on the right side facing the agri building. You need level 3 authorisation or have to cut the panels and overload the energy port.

Yeah, thanks I tried. I had many recovery mission but this is strange. Hope the best...
