I search some informations about the minimum config pc...
I Have I5 4460 + 8Go DDR 3 + 1070 GTX but the game say me it's not enough...

Steam store says:
- MINIMUM:
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 7 (SP1+)/8.1/10 64bit
- Processor: Intel i5-2500 / AMD FX-6350
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 (2GB) / AMD Radeon R9 270X (2GB)
- Storage: 16 GB available space
That configuration shouldn't be a problem. When I look at steam, it says the 8GB RAM is a minimum, so that's the only thing that could affect the performance.
Maybe you have 32-bit Windows?
Go to "This computer", right-click anywhere in the window (not on any icon) and click "Properties" and check whether you have 32 or 64-bit system installed.
Planet Zoo needs a 64-bit.
Also check that you have enough space on the disk.
Other than that, no idea.
